Nmm 56.1 downloading mods

Hello, can anyone tell me what's wrong with my NMM? I have problems with my Skyrim. I have noticed that some mods stopped working eventhough everything in plugin is checked. I have noticed just some hair missing for now, other than that I have about 76 mods actually active in game. However my NMM doesn't show any mods, only plugins. What to do?
